Welcome to Scaneet. Just as a great meal requires high-quality ingredients and precise execution, our relationship requires clear expectations. This document outlines the rules of our kitchen to ensure a delightful experience for everyone involved.

The Chef's Duties

For Restaurants

Kitchen Security

You are the head chef of your account. You must maintain the security of your login credentials and are responsible for all activity under your digital roof.

Menu Integrity

Your menu is your promise. You warrant that all items, prices, and descriptions are accurate, fresh, and comply with local food safety regulations.

Service Speed

Like a busy pass, you agree to fulfill orders promptly and maintain the high quality and safety standards your customers expect.

Current Ingredients

Keep your pantry updated. You are responsible for ensuring business hours, contact info, and out-of-stock items are reflected in real-time.

The Diner's Etiquette

For Customers

Order Verification

Check your plate before it leaves the pass. You are responsible for verifying order details, quantities, and special dietary instructions.

Settle the Bill

Dining requires payment. You agree to pay for all confirmed orders according to the restaurant's listed prices and accepted methods.

Honest Dining

No dine and dash. You will not use the service for fraudulent purposes, false orders, or any deceptive activities.

Constructive Critiques

Feedback is the breakfast of champions. Reviews should be truthful, constructive, and based on genuine experiences.

House Rules

Platform Responsibilities

Open for Business

We strive for 99% uptime, keeping the digital doors open. However, maintenance or unforeseen events may cause temporary closures.

Data Pantry

We treat your data like a secret recipe. We implement robust security measures to protect it, though no vault is entirely impenetrable.

Sous-Chef Support

We provide technical support during business hours to keep your kitchen operations running smoothly.

Menu Updates

We may update platform features (the menu) to improve service, always aiming to give you reasonable notice of major changes.

Prohibited Activities

No False Advertising

Restaurants may not misrepresent dishes, engage in bait-and-switch tactics, or operate illegal kitchens.

Respect the Staff

Customers may not harass restaurant staff, place prank orders, or abuse the ordering system.

Don't Break the Equipment

Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.

Clean Kitchen

No offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content may be uploaded to the platform's menus or reviews.

Seasonal Menu Changes

Just as menus change with the seasons, we may update these terms. We will provide 30 days notice for significant changes. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the new menu.
